3.2 Consideration and approval of the ability to keep as a Retirement Memento, (2) Ellis County Constable Precinct #2 badges, (one wallet, one pin-on), both of which contain the engraved name and ID # of Constable Nay. Constable Nay would like to keep the personalized badges, one for this Retired Texas Peace Officer Identification and one for a shadowbox keepsake. - Constable, Precinct U2, Terry Nay
