2.8 Discussion, consideration, and action to declare the listed equipment and various items as salvage for Precinct 3 and to be disposed in accordance with Local Government Code Chapter 263; the following items are so worn, damaged, or obsolete that they have no value for the purposes for which they were originally intended.
