3.3 Discussion, consideration and action to amend the previously approved amount for daily indexing that was calculated using an average from the prior year (Minute Order 225.21). This amount is subject to change with increases in volume due to increases in population. The set rate is $1.85 per document and $0.10 per additional party names over eight (8).
