1.1 Discussion, consideration, and action for a one-time variance for Parcel ID No. 183651 - 6961 Ensign Road from Volume I, Section IV (A) (2) (Residential Lots) of the Subdivision & Development Standards to allow one (1) lot without meeting the minimum road frontage requirement. The property contains + 3.00 acres of land located on the west side of Ensign Road, ± 3,770 feet southwest of the intersection of Ensign Road and Cummins Creek Road, Ennis, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2.

1.2 Discussion, consideration, and action on a replat of Baker Branch, Lots 1A and 2A. The property contains ± 8.162 acres of land located on the east side of Bakers Branch Road, ± 345 feet north of the intersection of Bakers Branch Road and Curry Road, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Maypearl, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3.

3.1 Resolution calling upon the Governor of Texas to use all necessary means to protect the southern border from invasion by individuals and groups posing a security hazard for Ellis County citizens. - County Judge Todd Little and Precinct 3 Commissioner Paul Perry

3.2 Introduction of Eagle Oak Retreat in Italy, Texas, by Founder Mr. Ken Falke, who will be accompanied by Mr. Eric Fowler and Mrs. Lilliam Watanabe. They will discuss the program and answer any questions. - Veterans Services Director Ellsworth Huling IV

3.3 Discussion, consideration and approval for an Economic Development Performance Agreement with Old Fort Worth Road, LLC, (Home Zone Furniture) regarding property located within the Midlothian Commercial-Industrial Tax Abatement Reinvestment Zone Number 18, containing approximately ±54.538 acres The improvements to be included in the tax abatement agreement generally consist of the real and personal property including the construction of a +700,000 square foot facility for the applicant's headquarters and distribution center. 3.9 Discussion, consideration, and approval for the County Judge to enter into an annual contract for Software and Implementation Services for a Computer-Aided Dispatch; Records Management; and Jail Management System with Motorola Solutions, Inc. with a total cost of $4,175,882.00 to be paid over ten years and an initial first year payment to be determined by the Court (but not less than $1,500,000), all subject to legal approval of the final negotiated contract, currently in progress. - County Judge Todd Little
