1.1 Discussion, consideration, and action for a one-time variance for Parcel ID No. 222565 -1337 Moseley Road from Volume I, Section IV (A) (2) (Residential Lots) of the Subdivision & Development Standards to allow development without meeting the minimum road frontage requirement. The property contains ± 14.908 acres of land located on the south side of Moseley Road, ± 4,560 feet east of the intersection of Moseley Road and Old Boyce Road in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Ennis, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2.
1.2 Discussion, consideration, and action on a plat of Lewis Estates. The property contains ± 5.897 acres of land in the W. Stewart Survey, Abstract No. 956, located on the northwest corner of Chisholm Trail and E. Haven Road, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2.

2.1 Discussion, consideration, and approval to purchase audio/visual design, schematics, and system design services for the Ellis County Central Building Project from Ford Audio Visual using the Texas Association of School Boards BuyBoard Cooperative Contract Number 644-21 in an amount of $14,250.00.
2.2 Discussion, consideration, and approval of Task Order No. 4 with HOK in the amount of $99,772.00 for development of a master plan for the county farm site. The master plan will include locating the following facilities on the property:
