1.1 Discussion, consideration, and action to release maintenance bonds and accept infrastructure for Legacy Estates, Phase 2. The property contains ±69.510 acres of land located at the west side of FM 664 ±2,000 feet north of Bob White Road in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Midlothian, Road & Bridge Precinct No. 4.
2.1 Discussion, consideration, and approval to renew the Boiler Maintenance Service Agreement with American Mechanical Services using Buy Board Contract No. 657-21 for a two-year period for the Sheriffs Office and Jail.
2.2 Discussion, consideration, and approval to purchase a 2017 Bomag BW213DH 84-inch Single Smooth Drum Roller in an amount of $67,200.00 from R.B. Everett & Company for Road & Bridge Precinct 1 using the BuyBoard Cooperative Contract #597-019, to be paid from Line Item 003-0601-508020.
2.3 Discussion, consideration, and approval for the County Judge to execute an order form with Thompson Reuters for West Proflex Service for the Law Library for a three-year term.
2.4 Approval to cancel RFB-2022-024 (bid for a mobile command vehicle)
2.5 Discussion, consideration, and approval to renew the leases for a copier for the Justice of the Peace, Pet. 2, County Court at Law #1, 40th District Court, and Sheriff's Office from Xerox using the Omnia Partners Cooperative Contract Number R191104 in accordance with the Cooperative Purchasing Program, Chapter 271 of the Texas Government Code.
2.6 Discussion, consideration, and approval to purchase annual VEMACS Support for Election Management and Voter Registration from the VOTEC Corporation in the amount of $52,586.45.
2.7 Discussion, consideration, and approval of a price increase for crushed limestone flex base {RFB-2022- 005). This request is based upon the current Producers Price Index at a rate of 8.5%. PPI and the vendor request are attached.
2.8 Discussion, consideration, and approval to add Task Order #4, #5, and #6 to the McKinstry contract for additional work to be performed at the Jail, Juvenile Center, and Courts & Administration Building.
2.9 Discussion, consideration, and action to approve an interlocal agreement between Navarro County and Ellis County in accordance with the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code.
2.10 Discussion, consideration, and approval for the use of the Navarro County "Road Material Bid FY2023" utilizing the Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Navarro County.

3.8 Discussion, consideration, and approval of the annual payment to the Texas County and District Retirement System (TCDRS) in the amount of $883,107.00. This payment includes a $300,000.00 buydown to the Ellis County Liability Fund and pre-funds a 1% pay increase for retirees. Payment will come from the General Fund and was included in the FY2023 Ellis County Budget. - Human Resources Director Theresa Taylor
3.9 Notification by the Sheriff that the Ellis County Sheriff's Office will be purchasing drones to be used for law enforcement use; the cost will be paid out of the Sheriffs Forfeiture Fund. - Sheriff Brad Norman
