3.1 Discussion, consideration, and approval for the Ellis County Judge to sign the Ellis County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) Officers (TDEM Form #151) for a term of 2 years (April 1st, 2023 to March 31st, 2025) that was voted on by the LEPC membership on April 4th, 2023.
