1.2 Discussion, consideration, and action on a request for a variance for Parcel ID #178744 from Section IV (A) of the Subdivision & Development Regulations to allow this property to develop without meeting the minimum lot depth requirements. The ±4.54-acre site is located ±1,500 west of the intersection of FM 813 & Oates Road, Palmer, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1.

2.1 Discussion, consideration, and action for the County Judge to execute one (1) lease agreement with American National Leasing for one (1) 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 for the Ellis County Constable, Precinct 1, using BuyBoard Contract #724-23.
2.2 Discussion, consideration, and action for the County Judge to execute one (1) lease agreement with American National Leasing for one (1) 2023 Ford F150 Responder for the Ellis County Constable, Precinct 3, using BuyBoard Contract #724-23.
2.3 Discussion, consideration, and action to purchase drainage culverts from Hamilton Supply and Wilson Culverts using the Smith County, Texas Interlocal Agreement.
2.4 Discussion, consideration, and action on a price re-determination on the contract renewal from RFB-2022-001 for asphaltic concrete patching material 50-60 lb Bags with Blades Group, LLC in the amount of 25%, based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and presentation of potential alternative solutions through cooperative agreements.
