This ± 0.42-acre site is located ± 495 feet west of the intersection of Hopewell Road and Oil Field Road, Ennis, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2.

2.3 Discussion, consideration, and action on an exemption under Local Government Code Section 262.024 (a) (7) for Super Slurry Mix and Services from Martin Marietta, Inc., as the sole source.
2.4 Discussion, consideration, and action to renew the agreement with Martin Marietta, Inc. for a one-year period for the purchase of Super Slurry and Services using the approved Sole Source Exemption.
2.5 Discussion, consideration, and action on a requested labor price increase from AA Biggs Holdings LLC dba A&A Repair for Auto and Heavy Equipment Repair, RFB-2021-001.
2.6 Discussion, consideration, and action on the purchase of audio-visual court and conference equipment, a three-year warranty, and installation services for the Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 2 SubCourthouse from Ford Audio-Visual Systems, LLC using the TIPS Cooperative Contract Number 230901 in the amount of $497,324.°°.
2.7 Discussion, consideration, and action to approve an Interlocal agreement between North Central Texas Council of Governments TXSHARE and Ellis County in accordance with the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code.
2.8 Discussion, consideration, and approval of Task Order No. 7 for support of the County’s efforts in the design, preconstruction, bidding, negotiations support, and construction management of the County’s ongoing and upcoming projects with Kitchell in an amount of $451,950.°°.
