CONSENT AGENDA

1.1 Discussion, consideration, and action to release the maintenance bonds for Springside Estates, Phase 2, and accept a supplemental deposit to complete the necessary improvements. The± 106.687-acre site is located ± 3,925 feet west of the intersection of Blackfoot Parkway and Gibson Road, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct 4.

1.2 Discussion, consideration, and action to amend the County's Flood Damage Prevention Order, last adopted on October 17th, 2023, under Minute Order No. 477.23, to primarily update the Penalty Clause found in Section 4, with Exhibit A remaining in full force and effect, providing a conflicts clause, severability clause, and an effective date.

2.1 Discussion, consideration, and action of the renewal agreement with Hibbs- Hallmark for the comprehensive insurance for Ellis County. Renewal term is from October l5t, 2025 through September 30th, 2026.
