THEY WANT TO CONNECT THEIR SEWER LINE DOWN FM 879, AND THEN THEY WANT TO CROSS RIGHT ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE OF THE COUNTY FARM DOWN INTO COAL CREEK, WHERE THERE IS A CITY OF WAXAHACHIE SEWER MAIN LOCATED IN THAT CREEK BOTTOM. I BELIEVE POSSIBLY AS LONG AGO AS TWO YEARS AGO, THE COUNTY AGREED TO GRANT AN EASEMENT TO THE DEVELOPER, AND I THINK THERE WAS A MINUTE ORDER ENTERED BY THE.
