The Master Agreement doesn't expire until June 30, 2023 and will cover several valuation cycles. An engagement letter for the County's first GASB 7 5 report. The engagement letter assumes the valuation will be relied on for FYE 18 and FYE 19 and A Business Associates Agreement (BAA) which specifies our responsibilities under HIP AA.
